Welcome to our homes

Small care homes with a personal touch.

A. Nishioka Family Care Home and M. Nishioka Family Care Home are both licensed by the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health as Adult Residential Care Homes (ARCHs) with Expanded ARCH licenses. Each Hilo home is licensed to care for up to five residents.

An Expanded ARCH license allows a home to admit people who require a nursing home level of care. We discuss each person’s needs to determine whether one of our homes can provide appropriate support.

Both homes welcome male and female residents and offer private and semi-private rooms in small household settings.

Both homes are owned and operated by Jill Nishioka, RN.

Choosing care is a personal decision. Call us to discuss your loved one’s needs and learn which home may be a good fit.

A lifelong dream

A lifelong dream,
rooted in caring.

“As a little girl, I spent summers and school breaks at my grandparents’ house. As they grew older, I wondered who would care for them. My dream has been to provide a home for my grandparents and yours, where they can enjoy the best quality of life possible.”
